Reservations are suggested but not required. The main restaurant seats approximately 200 guests, with an additional 24-seat private dining room. Last seating will be at 9:45 p.m., and the bar will remain open until 12:30 a.m. Hours of operation for Martorano’s Prime are Thursday through Saturday, from 6 p.m. at Rivers Casino Philadelphia in Fishtown. Martorano’s Prime, an Italian-American Steakhouse, will open Thursday, July 27, at 6 p.m. Martorano’s Prime is now open at Rivers Casino Philadelphia Celebrity cook and South Philly native Steve Martorano is coming home to personally serve his world-famous meatballs for all of Philadelphia.
